Returns Policy


The customer has the right to return the product and replace it or refund, in two cases:


  • Do not request its replacement because it is defective and the company will bear the shipping costs.
  • Because he is not satisfied and can choose any other product to replace it or ask for his money back by sending back the product with transport costs that will be borne by the customer.
In case you decide to return the product, the following conditions must be met:
  • Product returns are accepted within 14 days from the date stated on the sales document.
  • The product must be returned with the retail receipt and in its original condition with packaging, i.e. the condition in which it was received, without damage or wear from the customer.
Attention:

In case personalized personalization is requested such as: initials, full name or anything else then returns are not accepted except for defective products (such as some scratches).

Return process:
  • Please contact us to clarify the details of the return.
  • Package the product to protect it during shipping.
  • Finally, you send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order.
*Please note that the return costs are charged by the company only in case of our error or defective product. In any other case, the costs are borne by the customer.
