Return Policy
With the sole purpose of customer satisfaction, stitched applies a very flexible return policy.
The customer has the right to return the product, in two cases:
- to request its replacement because it is defective and the company will bear the shipping costs.
- because it does not satisfy him and he can choose any other product to replace it, with transport costs that will be borne by the customer.
In case you decide to return the product, the following conditions must be met:
- Product returns are accepted within 14 days from the date stated on the sales document.
- Under no circumstances will a product that is not in its original condition be accepted. That is, the product must:
1) Not to be washed or used.
2) To have all his tags.
3) Its packaging must not be damaged.
The product must be returned with all the documents that accompanied it, such as the retail receipt, the shipping slip, etc.
Return process:
- Please contact us to clarify the details of the return.
- Package the product to protect it during shipping.
- Finally, you send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order.
*Please note that the return costs are charged by the company only in case of our error or defective product. In any other case, the costs are borne by the customer.

- Shipping is free with purchases of €50 or more.
- With purchases from €49 and below, the shipping fee is €3.
BOX NOW lockers
- With the Box Now option, shipping is free regardless of the amount of the order.

For Cyprus
BOX NOW lockers
With purchases of €60 or more, shipping is free.
With purchases from €59 and below, the shipping fee is €5.
